The below Privacy Policy will describe how we and our website will treat your personal information while you use our service. This includes the information you use when you sign up and create an account and during your usage. Please read below and make sure you understand the information before proceeding.

Personal Information

• Non-Member Participation. You do not need to have an account to view our videos. You also do not need to be a member in order to give us feedback and report any inappropriate videos posted on the site.
• Membership has its Privileges. If you want to post a comment, flag a video, share a video, you will need to create an account. When you do this, you will need to give us some of your personal information. This is to allow you to access information and will not be used for any other reasons or third parties.
• Usage Stats. We maintain the right to collect data about your usage, such as when you visit the site, which parts you use most frequently, which videos you view while visiting, and the incidence and amount of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in FarewellMr.President. Anything you do while logged in can possibly be tracked.
• Content Consideration. If you choose to share something online, it ceases to be private. This includes any personal information or video content that share or upload. Once it is public, it will be publicly available and shared.

Usage policies

• Be smart. When you share your personal information on this or any site, that site then has access to it. When you submit your information to our site, we will use it to help serve you better. With your account, we can process any flagging you do (or done to you) and help operate and maintain your membership
• When other users visit your member page, your account name will be visible. We will not make your e-mail address visible. Your account name will also be visible whenever you share or upload videos. Your videos once on our site are searchable throughout the internet, and by the public. Do not share anything you don�t want to be seen.
• You have our vow: We will not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your permission unless it is part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, it is possible we will use your email address for our own administrative, non-marketing related purposes. This includes quality control and Customer Service.
• We will have to utilize your personal information as well as non-so-personal information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) as part of improving site quality and functions. This includes storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.

There are parts of our site you will be unable to use. This is to protect the privacy of others, and our membership rules and regulations.

You may always update your membership or edit your profile details. This includes clearing your viewing history.

Links to Other Sites; A Word Third-Party Advertisers

On our site, you will see advertisements embedded within the pages. These are known as third-party advertisers or advertising networks. The way these sites work is that they send advertising directly to you and can retrieve your IP address � which they then use to measure marketing effectiveness and to further personalize the content they send and you see.

We will not provide any of your personal information to third-party advertisers unless you opt-in with your consent. If an advertiser does ask though for their product to be shown to a specific age or society demographic, and you respond to it, the advertiser will likely conclude you are part of their targeted demographic group.
